How do I use this site |

- Find what you want by using search, the links or clicking on the Full
Product List link
- Change currency if you like.
- Put in the quantity you want and press "add" or click on the "add item to
your shopping cart" line
- Correct any mistakes, then press the "continue shopping" button to buy
more, or the "order button" if want to go to the check out.
- A form will appear asking for your address details. fill it in and press the button.
- You will then be asked on a secure page for your credit or debit card details. enter these.
- Press the button below this and your order should go through.

All credit card numbers are untouched by human hands and unseen by human
eyes as they are automatically and securely cleared. Details are encrypted and
sent directly to the banks credit card clearing system. For the technically
minded, ssl is used (you will see a closed lock or key displayed on your browser)
and the system is thwaite certificated. For the worried, the security takes place
in a bank approved strongroom!

We do not store your credit card number on the server or elsewhere. This means that there is no financial information for a thief to steal.

We normally despatch same or next working day, with delivery normally within 2 to 4 weeks or sooner.
We actually pay for 5-7 day delivery but with extra security since September, things are slow.

If there is a significant delay we know about we will let you know. We send out the goods efficiently but cannot control delivery workers or companies.
If you live in the US there are problems with customs and USPS because of added security.

When people have a problem, it is usually because the goods are on their way but delayed.
This could be because they live in an out of the way place or in the US.
We understand:
The Federal Aviation Authority does not allow packages on domestic commercial flights. They are often sent by truck instead.
USPS has added security proceedures which slow things down.
Mail is sent through customs, then through bomb sensing and biological testing before admittance.
Customs have more responsibility but have not increased man power to
cope.
Mail is shunted between customs offices to be dealt with.
We pay for a 5 to 7 day priority service and are frustrated about the situation.
You should email us if concerned, or, unfortunatly, wait.
If the bank has told us a transaction is fraudulent or a previous fraudulent attempt has been made from the same address, it is policy not to give any useful feedback or ship!

Everyone hates the tide of junk and phone calls. We have no plans to spread
your name around, however, if someone had a great offer that we think you
would be interested in, we would weigh up the benefits of what they were
offering and may work with them.

We are like a regular shop. You pick up a product, take it to the checkout and

Legal jargon says that you are "making an offer to treat", this means that should
some idiot get the price wrong, we can refund you if it is too high and are not
held liable if it is too low.

software does not like your credit card, it will cancel your order. We apologise if
the software makes a mistake and suggest you try another card.

percentage and exchange rate marking up credit cards charge for currency
