When people have a problem, it is usually because the goods are on their way but delayed.

This could be because they live in an out of the way place or in the US.

We understand:

The Federal Aviation Authority does not allow packages on domestic commercial flights. They are often sent by truck instead.

USPS has added security proceedures which slow things down.

Mail is sent through customs, then through bomb sensing and biological testing before admittance.

Customs have more responsibility but have not increased man power to cope.

Mail is shunted between customs offices to be dealt with.

We pay for a 5 to 7 day priority service and are frustrated about the situation.

You should email us if concerned, or, unfortunatly, wait.

If the bank has told us a transaction is fraudulent or a previous fraudulent attempt has been made from the same address, it is policy not to give any useful feedback or ship!
